Enjoy Your Spring Break And Visit Acapulco

Thursday, June 24th, 2010

The premier resort city in Mexico as Acapulco, and is also the second most popular destination for spring breakers. The city never sleeps, and the nightlife in Acapulco never ceases. Discos, clubs and bars never shut their doors until the last partier has left the building.

Acapulco also has been a gathering place for the rich and famous, and many celebrities the world over come to enjoy the tropical sun beaming on the finest beaches in Mexico. Acapulco is a shining gem in Mexico, and her wide range of attractions and opportunities provide jobs from tourism.

A great thing for visitors to check out whenever they to Acapulco, they should take a look at the awesome cliff divers at La Quebrada. They perform incredible feats of courage as they jump like acrobats into the shallow and current laden pool at the bottom.

This cool courageous feat is available to watch every day in the early afternoon and late evening. After seeing this, head on over to Zocalo, the center of the city. The night time is the best time to visit because that’s when the city comes alive with entertainment.

The fun never ceases, day or night, and the attractions and warm people make Acapulco a one of a kind city and great place to come and visit.

After you have rested up from an night of clubbing, head on over to the beautiful waters of Acapulco’s beaches. There is no shortage of things to do, ranging from swimming, snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, or a million other things.

In addition to enjoying the fantastic water and night life, it’s time to explore some of the great dining and shopping that Acapulco has to offer. Some of the must visit restaurants in the city include Cassanova, Kookaburra. Also, there are some beautiful shops to wander around, and perhaps a quaint antique will speak to you.

Acapulco has fun and excitement both day and night, no matter what you are looking for. There is something in this paradise that you will tremendously enjoy.

In addition to Acapulco, this writer also frequently blogs on mens leather slippers and moccasins boot.

Pet Friendly Hotels And Accommodation In Birmingham, England

Tuesday, March 23rd, 2010

Birmingham, England’s second largest city by population, is becoming an incredibly popular vacation destination. With a wealth of industrial heritage, numerous museums, art galleries and the likes, together with countless top class visitor attractions and some of the best venues for live music, the arts and large scale meetings it is not surprising that so many folk take vacations and short city breaks here.

Do you have a pet? Have you ever considered taking your pet with you when you take a vacation? Well you might be pleased to learn that each year more and more of us are choosing to do just that. There are a multitude of reasons why you should consider taking a pet along with you when away on vacation. Primarily it can be heartbreaking to leave a much loved pet for even the shortest of breaks but anything over two weeks can be rather distressing for both you and your pet. Another excellent reason for taking along a pet is that you will have no need to pay for somebody to look after your pet while you are away (or boarding fees if you can afford them). Furthermore, don’t you think your pet deserves a break too?

You may not have previously considered either a vacation in Birmingham or taking your pet with you. Sadly, if you do decide to take your pet, then you will immediately notice that hardly any accommodation allows pets. It is a sad fact that often fewer than one in a hundred guest houses, hotels and other accommodation allow pets.

To save you the awful task of searching through huge lists of hotels (imagine looking at more than seventy hotels before you find one which allows pets), I have listed below some of the pet friendly hotels and accommodation in Birmingham, those which state in the hotel policies that pets are allowed.

The Ibis Birmingham City Centre The Ibis Birmingham City Centre is a very large 2 star hotel situated in the very heart of the city. Unfortunately their policies state that there may be an extra charge for pets but it is definitely worth consideration.

The Novotel Hotel The massive Novotel is a 4 star pet friendly hotel, on Edward Street only minutes away from the heart of the city.

The Radisson Sas The Radisson Sas is an enormous 3 star Birmingham city centre hotel which is situated about five hundred metres from the New Street Rail Station.

If you would rather stay in a smaller hotel then the fifty one room Ibis Holloway Circus is the smallest pet friendly hotel I was able to find close to Birmingham’s city centre. You may be able to find a place to stay with less rooms but it will likely be some distance from the centre.

If you want to choose from more pet friendly hotels in Birmingham and pick up a lst minute bargain you will find the above mentioned hotels discounted at http://hotels.simplytop.com/.
